And How There Is More Than One Kind Of Herbalife Tea In The Product Range Back when I was an oil and gas engineer, I developed an addiction to coffee. I would take about 7 mugs of strong black coffee per day. In all honesty, I started to drink coffee daily because of plain peer pressure. Everyone in the office drinks coffee first thing in the morning. If you would have walked in to my office, it smelled just like a coffee-house.
Strong smell of coffee everywhere. Then I started to guzzle down multiple mugs of coffee daily because I started to love the taste. An acquired taste as most people would say it.
After a while, I started to love the caffeine high at the third or fourth mug. The energy that I get is just enough to get me through meetings and computer work.
I could work right up to 11 at night. It was crazy! And I knew I had to change because of how much I depended on coffee. At first, it was really hard work for me to wean off caffeine. My first resolution was to decrease the amount of coffee to one mug a week.
Now don’t get me wrong because I still love and drink coffee. The difference is that now I drink it for pleasure and not out of necessity. One of the things that really helped me was the Herbalife Tea Mix. Giving me that extra boost of energy that I craved from coffee without the caffeine high. And yes it is a health product, but it sure don’t taste like it! This completely changed my coffee-drinking habits.
Who Can Benefit Most From The Herbalife Tea? Almost anyone can take the Herbalife Tea out of plessure. However if you have a target and end-in-mind, it would work even better. Those who are going on a weight loss program – On a regular Herbalife weight loss program, you would initially start with the Herbalife shake as a meal replacement for your breakfast and dinner. To give your weight loss a boost, you can take the Herbalife Tea right before the shake as the tea can burn an extra 80 – 100 kcal per serving.
Herbalife is a Proud Member of the Direct Selling Association and a Signatory to the DSA Code of Ethics.
That is like running for a full 15 minutes!. Those who have hunger pangs in between meals – This can happen to the best of us. Especially if you are just starting out to have a more balanced and healthy diet. Hunger in between meals can leave us confounded and weak enough in our will that we are that close to reaching for that doughnut. One of the solution that I found is to take a hot cup of Herbalife Tea and it works to suppress those unexplainable hunger pangs. Amounting to only 6 kcals per serving, our conscience is also saved yeay!.
Those who value anti-oxidants as an important factor in cellular health – From www.webmd.com – “Antioxidants protect the body from damage caused by harmful molecules called free radicals.”. Green Tea found in the Herbalife Tea range has phytonutrients which keeps the free radicals in our body to a minimum. Those who have a low energy dip during the day – I’m a mom of 3 so I get an almost predictable energy dip by the end of the day. Instead of making myself a mug of coffee, I make myself a refreshing cup of tea. And it doesn’t even have to be piping hot either! Pretty nice to have it ice-cold as well. Recipes coming up!. Those who want to have a helping hand in increasing water intake – Not every person likes the taste of plain water and one of the way to get the right amount of water if you are not an avid water drinker, is to mix your water with the Herbalife Tea.
And don’t worry, mixing tea inside of your water does count towards your daily total water intake. What Are The Nutrition And Ingredients Inside An Herbalife Tea? The Original Herbalife Tea Mix, Lemon and Hibiscus has in it green tea and orange pekoe (a high-quality black tea made from young leaves) with cardamom seed, lemon peel and hibiscus. There is also the Peach Flavour Herbalife Tea Mix with Hibiscus which added natural peach flavour into the mix. I especially love the Peach Flavour with its aromatic smell which is especially great for me when I want to start off my day.
New in the Herbalife Green Tea range is the Green Tea. Yes, I am sure you are confused by now The Green Tea comes in 2 flavours: Original and Pomegranate. The original version is pretty simple.
It contains no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners and what’s more, it’s zero calories! Pretty good for an anti-oxidant. The Pomegranate flavour is added with natural pomegranate flavour and Stevia leaf extract. My personal favourite is the Original version. I love the original matcha in all its delicious form.
And finally is the Herbalife Guarana Powder Plus which many may not know the existance of. Guarana is found in the Amazons and is pretty ancient.
Naturally, the Guarana contains caffeine which primarily helps in focusing at tasks at hand while also giving you that gentle nudge of energy. Usually, I would use the Guarana Powder Plus when I go for trainings (yes I do get sleepyit’s kind of like uni ) since it doesn’t cause me to go pee-pee so much. The Herbalife Tea Mix does though.
Yes I would get a ton of energy but I would also go pee so much. All of the different Herbalife tea flavours come in a powdered form, so it doesn’t need any brewing. It disolves in water either hot or cold, but don’t worry if it has bits floating inside. It’s just the ground up herbs left behind in the tea water. The Herbalife Malaysia Price List fluctuates from time-to-time. Sometimes even I find it hard to keep track especially when new products come out. Just like in late 2017, we’ve had brand new Aloe Vera Concentrate in Mango flavour that came out and I got super confused when the price was slightly different from the Original Aloe Mango flavour because of a slight price increase. Hence triggered this post to be written. In addition to that, I have a range of clients from undergraduate students, to stay-at-home moms and right across the board in the corporate jungle. Each and every one of them have different needs and different budget and it’s pretty crucial that everyone has been fairly shown the pricing especially an estimate of their Herbalife price per month. Just in 2017 and early 2018 alone we’ve had eight new Herbalife products added to the Malaysian range.
I plan to have this post be as a reference point for you to check if there are any new products being added. Or click the link below if you are in a hurry! The Herbalife Shake Price And Comparison With A Regular Meal In Malaysia One of the first few questions that I get from someone who plans to lose weight with Herbalife is how much will it cost them monthly? Valid question but I like to take the perspective of “How much do you spend on your breakfast?”. I am going to take Nasi Lemak as an example. Top favourite for Malaysians who love the coco-nutty creaminess of the rice surrounded by fried anchovies and peanuts, slices of cucumber and relished with the obligatory spicy sambal chutney. But don’t get me wrong, I love Nasi Lemak to bits.
However it is not the right type of food to take first thing in the morning on a daily basis. Taking the popular myfitnesspal app as a guide, one plate of Nasi Lemak Bersambal is 400 kcal in total with.nothing else. I’m sure potassium or salt is supposed to come up but what about vitamins and all those minerals that our body need daily? I will leave you to ponder upon that. Now, let’s take my favourite Herbalife F1 Shake in the Dutch Chocolate flavour Pretty good! 90 calories in total with a balance of carbohydrates, fat, protein and all the other goodness that you need from vitamins and minerals. And so in terms of nutritional density, the Herbalife Shake wins out and will leave you full, fresh and revitalised in the morning.
On to the topic at hand, what about the price? The price of one Nasi Lemak Bersambal is equal or costs even more than a serving of shake. That’s the truth. Read on to have the full Herbalife Price List click on the link below if you are in a hurry: Herbalife Expanded its Malaysia Product Range Yeay!
I am loving this new Herbalife Product Range. More targetted nutrition for all walks of life. I’m especially excited with the Herbalife 24 Sports range. In 2017 these Herbalife Products were launched:. Celactivo.
Garlic Plus. Green Tea Original. Green Tea Pomegranate. Herbalife 24 F1 Sports Shake. CR7 Drive (endorsed by Cristiano Ronaldo). Herbal Aloe Concentrate in Mango flavour In 2018 these Herbalife Products were launched:.
Herbal Aloe Concentrate in Mandarin flavour I’ll be updating this list as new products come in. Why I Don’t Publicly Copy and Paste the Herbalife Products Price List Here But Email It Out Instead First of all it’s against the Herbalife internal rules and regulations. Herbalife is opening opportunities for coaches from all walks of life to have a flow of income from it’s products. And so for anyone to open an Herbalife Shop with prices on display would not be providing a level playing field for all.
The way I see it is the more Herbalife Coaches with big hearts and good intentions that we have, the more people we can help with this global obesity crisis. The other thing is that a lot of changes happen in terms of new products coming in, older products being phased out and the price increase and decrease. I would hate to put up old information and give people wrong impressions and so it is so much better if I can give it to you privately through email or WhatsApp or other personal means. And keeps me on my toes too and be alert of the changes that are going on.
